Firstly, in response to some other reviews...don't get chinese food if you want gluten free, secondly, don't go here if you value customer service. The staff does not know english very well or at least they pretend they don't, but none of that really matters because this is some of the best chinese/asian food I've ever had. I will continue to go here because the food is so good.

We had lunch at the Naperivlle location on 11/05/13. As we wait for our meal I noticed a waitress with beautiful long hair dragging through the food she place in front of the customers. I said to my wife, " I hope that is not our waitress. Sure enough it was! She brought our soup and appetizers and as she set them in front of us, her hair bathed our food. I looked closer as she set them down and dried food was on the tips of her hair. I got up and went to the register and waited as the owner ignored me, while he was on a personal phone call, that was on speaker phone, while he was ringing up another customer. When he finished, he said may I help you. I quietly asked him, could he please ask of waitress if she will pull her hair back, before she delivers our food to our table, her hair is dragging the plates. He says to me in broken English, "we have no ladies delivering food. I said, our waitress! This went on for far longer than I wanted it to and I just got frustrated and louder and embarrassed. The dumplings are very good. Love the taste of the pork and fennel dumplings. The wonton soup is great for a cold and the veggie fryed pan cake is perfect for my vegan child. Love, Love, love.

I have had my last meal at this place. I would say the service is horrible, but you must get service. For me, service is more than putting the food in front of you. On my most recent visit for lunch, my server approached my table for times. The first was to take my order. "Are you ready?" were the only 3 words spoken to me. I ordered. A few minutes later my egg drop soup and egg roll was delivered. When attempting to put pepper in it, I found the pepper shaker filled with rice. Before I was even done with my soup, my meal was delivered, to sit and wait until my soup was done. After I had finished eating, my bill was delivered and my water glass, which had stood empty for over 5 minutes, was refilled for no reason. As I walk up to pay I see that the regular bill of 6.44 (5.99 for lunch and 45 cents tax) was now at 7.41, with a 97 cent "service charge". I have never seen ANYWHERE charge a service charge on a single customer. The only way I can justify them doing this is due to their poor service habits, they have to make the money lost in tips up somehow.
